We would like to advise you of a service disruption affecting invoice line functionality in Redmap5, which has now been fully resolved.

What happened
Release 5.19.4 on 15 July introduced an issue affecting two areas:
- CSV import: invoice line data was not being processed correctly
- Line splitting: not functioning as expected

What we did
Our engineering team identified the root cause and deployed hotfix 5.19.4 HF 2 on 30 July 2026. Both functions are now fully restored and functional.

What's next
The underlying change will be redesigned and tested before reintroduction. We'll give advance notice of any future changes affecting your workflows.
